Services We Offer
For many individuals, medication can play an important role in managing mental health conditions. Our providers carefully prescribe and monitor medications used to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions.
Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment to explore challenges, develop coping skills, and improve emotional wellbeing. We offer evidence-based therapy approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is commonly used to treat trauma and PTSD.
At MOKSCARE, we provide comprehensive, patient-centered care designed to support emotional wellness, mental stability, and overall health. Our providers offer a range of evidence-based mental health services tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
ADHD Testing & Treatment
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects both children and adults and can impact focus, productivity, and daily functioning. MOKSCARE provides structured ADHD evaluations and individualized treatment plans that may include behavioral strategies and medication management when appropriate.
Primary Care
MOKSCARE uniquely combines family medicine and psychiatric services to address both physical and mental health needs. This integrated approach helps ensure that underlying medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle factors are considered when developing a comprehensive treatment plan.
Spravato® Treatment for Depression
For individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, MOKSCARE offers Spravato® (esketamine), an FDA-approved treatment administered under medical supervision. This therapy can provide relief for patients who have not responded adequately to traditional antidepressant medications.
To improve accessibility and convenience, MOKSCARE offers secure telehealth appointments. Telehealth allows patients to meet with their provider from home while maintaining the same level of professional care and confidentiality.

We treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, including:
Anxiety

Anxiety disorders are medical conditions characterized by persistence, excessive worry or fear that does not go away and may worsen over time. While occasional stress is normal, anxiety disorders involve symptoms that interfere with daily life, sleep, work performance, and relationships.
Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental health conditions in the United States and affect adolescents, adults, and seniors. When left untreated, anxiety can contribute to physical health problems, depression, and reduced quality of life.
Depression

Depression is a mood disorder that affects how a person feels, thinks, and functions in daily life. Many people describe it as a deep sense of emptiness or emotional heaviness that is difficult to explain.
It often includes persistent sadness, apathy, and anhedonia — a reduced ability to feel interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed. Depression can disrupt work, relationships, sleep, and overall health, and may develop after stress, illness, hormonal changes, or trauma.
ADHD

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, impulse control, and executive functioning. ADHD can impact children, adolescents, and adults and often continues into adulthood.
ADHD is considered a chronic and debilitating disorder and is known to impact the individual in many aspects of their life including academic and professional achievements, interpersonal relationships, and daily functioning
Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is a chronic mood disorder that causes significant shifts in mood, energy levels, and behavior. Changes include periods of elevated mood known as mania or hypomania, as well as episodes of depression.
While everyone experiences normal emotional ups and downs, the mood changes associated with bipolar disorder are more intense and can significantly affect daily life. They may experience periods of unusually high or irritable energy followed by episodes of sadness or hopelessness, often with periods of stable mood in between.

PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that may develop after a person experiences or witnesses a traumatic event. These events can include military combat, natural disasters, serious accidents, violent assaults, or other life-threatening situations.
While many people experience stress reactions shortly after trauma, PTSD is diagnosed when symptoms persist for more than one month and significantly interfere with daily functioning. Symptoms may appear within months of the event or sometimes emerge later and last for extended periods.
Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that makes it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake feeling rested. As a result, individuals may experience insufficient or poor-quality sleep that affects daily functioning. Insomnia may be short-term (acute) or long-lasting (chronic), and symptoms can sometimes come and go.
It often occurs alongside medical or mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or cognitive disorders. Because quality sleep is essential for physical and mental health, persistent sleep problems can lead to fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and reduced overall wellbeing.
